Founded in 2025, CGL Manufacturing is committed to environmentally responsible metal recovery. Our mission is to support the circular economy by giving new life to scrap materials and reducing the need for virgin copper mining. We operate out of Blue Summit (Unincorporated Jackson County, MO), conveniently located for trucking and regional logistics.

Material Intake
We purchase insulated scrap copper wire in bulk—up to 50 metric tons per month—from suppliers, recyclers, and other industrial sources
Mechanical Granulation
The wire is shredded and mechanically separated using an advanced copper granulator system. This process removes the plastic insulation and separates the copper from other contaminants
- Equipment Used: Industrial granulator with electrostatic separator
- Recovery Rate: 70% from input weight
- Output: 99.9% pure copper granules
Quality Control
Our final product is inspected, weighed, and stored in bulk for resale. We ensure that the copper granules meet high purity standards suitable for remelting or reuse in manufacturing.
Sales & Distribution
We sell copper granules to wholesalers, smelters, manufacturers, and other buyers in the metal supply chain. Volume pricing and Letters of Intent (LOIs) can be arranged for recurring customers.
